Client: Customer Service Officer.

Responsibilities:
- You will become a guru when it comes to questions coming from our clients, who will see you as their guardian angel;
- You will take over the questions coming from our clients through different communication channels (Whatsapp, email and website chat) and you will reply to them using the company’s resources (standard answers for simple questions and the team’s expertise for more complicated problems);
- You will suggest improvements to the clients service process and to the company’s application, based on experience and the discussions with our clients;
- You will build a retention team as the clients number grows.
Requirements:
- You feel very comfortable talking with a lot of people either via email or phone;
- You want to learn new things every day and the company will provide the context to do that;
- You like finding smart solutions for problems and you don’t accept “it’s not possible”;
- You like to provoke yourself to do things more efficiently;
- You pay attention to details and you’re very organised.
