For one of our Romanian clients, we’re looking for Business Analysts.
Client: Personnel leasing.
Location: Bucharest, Romania.
Type of engagement: full time, hybrid/on-site, ongoing
Type of contract accepted: employment (CIM), collaboration (SRL).
About the team:
Business analyst is part of a Squad, together with other people of different skills (technical analyst, dev engineer, QA), coordinated by a Product Owner, and having the common goal of implementing reporting/ analytics solutions dedicated for business needs.
The Business Analyst is a key specialist, responsible for being the interface/ liaison between business lines and IT teams, to develop and maintain data lake/ similar solutions, in terms of data model, core information warehouse, and consuming data marts.
Business Analyst is responsible with the metadata and the implementation of the definitions aligned with the data owners within the data lake, according to GDM (Global Data Management) and local data management model.
About the role
Your Day-to-day:
Being involved in design, document and implement finance data flows End-to-End based on requirements received from Finance;
Support Finance data Owners and Stewards, understanding, analyzing, and implementing specific Finance & Risk requirements;
Implement Data Quality monitoring controls and procedures aligns with Data Quality community at local & global level;
Support Finance data Owners and Stewards in case of investigations or incidents;
Involve as BA in implementing data management controls for Finance data management according with specific control standards
Experience:
Finance and risk projects (local needs, regulatory reporting, external reporting)
Balance sheet, P&L , customer profitability
Management accounting
International financial reporting standards
Nice to know:
Knowledge and experience with data modeling techniques and the development of conceptual, logical and dimensional data models is a plus
